Laser cleaning is a specialist tool, not a universal solution. Thick coatings, fragile reconstructed stone, unstable fabric or large-area removal may be better suited to chemical, steam, mechanical or combined methods.

Surface IQ is instructed to consider those alternatives and to say when there is not enough information to make a responsible recommendation. The objective is a better restoration decision, not a forced laser-cleaning sale.
